I would totally make some matching work desk accessories. The yarns with the little crochet flowers would look so cute as a pen holder, and a little basket to put knit knacks in!
Always enjoy your videos and in particular, I am loving your Knit Collage sweaters in this video. Just an FYI from a member of KC Creative Knitters Club, I've learned that KC does not recommend wet blocking their pieces. Steam blocking is the preferred method based on the heavy content of their yarns. If you do wet block, you may get that wet dog smell and it will not dissipate much after drying. Stick with steam blocking to be safe - it's what they suggest and it works well.
I’m happy to see you carry the Knit Collage. I’ve made seven sweaters and two bags with these yarns. So nice to up your skills with the super bulky. My favorite is still the Pixilated Cardigan. I would make Faye Fringe again. I gave mine to a friend. 💕🌸
Oh my! I was looking at photos of the Knit collage yarns and projects made with them. I saw a fun pillow cover, a bag, and a few scarves that caught my eye. Such a fun looking yarn. Wish I was local.
Kathleen- I would make a daisy using embroidering thread (daisy stitch) with yellow petals and embroider leaves alternating on the top and bottom of the flower and a stem connecting all the daisies all around-
Wonderful episode! If I were to knit something with KnitCollage, I would love to make Kathleen's sweater with black Spuncloud and the pop tart CC :) Thanks for sharing! So beautiful and fun!
@@laurakohnross6106 - Hmmm - that's odd because it's from a 2019 KAL - they're usually only exclusive for 6 months - we'll have to see if it's just an error that it's not on Ravelry. ~K🧶
Loved the episode, like always. So much fun and the knitcollage also seems like a very fun yarn. I jumped on their website to look at all the patterns and I have 2 that I fell in love with: Swirly Felted Coasters Pattern (think it would make some great conversation piece) and Free Flow Blanket pattern. I think they both would be so much fun to knit (and quick)
With crochet, unlike knit- you can take a scissor and open up the area in question and remove those few stitches and crochet again- will only need to weave in the ends.
Hello ladies. You are so fun! Your hair looks fabulous Kathleen ❤love all your sweaters! I woul probably make a shawl in the knit along. Looking forward to fall.
I hope to make the Faye Fringe bag soon. I’ve made a bunch of KC patterns including the Plaid Party Cardi. It’s possible to needle felt your ends together. So i weave first and then needle felt the little bit sticking out.
I've been eyeing Knit Collage for a long time- I'd like to make The Exhale sweater in café au lait spun cloud and sea siren daisy chain. Great Podcast!
If I were to make something from Knit Collage it would be the Bonfire shawl. I love how the yarn creates the pattern in the photo. I cant wait to see what everyone else chooses.
It is! Going to be great for chilly weather! The Pixelated Cardi would be a bit less warm if I had gone with the recommended Wildflower fabric yarn rather than Daisy Chain as my accent - but I don't regret my choice -- it is super cute! ~K🧶
I am loving the look of the Provence Poncho! The mustard yellow color in the spun cloud is beautiful!
Daisy chain cardigan for sure! So gorgeous and the fun surprises you’d get as you knit! Lovely❤❤❤

Great idea!!

I would do the Durango sweater!! LOVE how it worked up
I would really love making a Christmas stocking and pillow. The yarns are so exciting.❤

I’ve always loved this yarn but never bought any. You have my interest now. I will look at a shawl pattern or maybe a pillow for my living room.
A pillow would be a great way to try it out and do some thing unique!
Love the idea of purchasing the already knitted tube to create socks. I’m a slow beginner knitter.
I just love the Pixelated Cardi!
The Faye Fringe Bag is adorable - I would have fun making that!
I would love to do one of the crochet options for the make-a-long or a shawl
How fun. The pullover sweater is beautiful. I love those colors too!
I would make the Dumpling Bag. A friend of mine made one and I love it!! As a plus size woman I tend to avoid bulky weight garments
Hi Beth - I love that one too -- it's on my mental list! ~K🧶
If I knit along, I would do Kathleen’s sweater in dark blue with light blue confetti.
I've been eyeing Knit Collage for a long time- I'd like to make The Exhale sweater in café au lait spun cloud and sea siren daisy chain. Great Podcast!
I would love to make the Plaid Party Cardi! It looks so sophisticated
Great episode as always…I would knit the Pixelated Cardi.
If I were to make something from Knit Collage it would be the Bonfire shawl. I love how the yarn creates the pattern in the photo. I cant wait to see what everyone else chooses.
I’ve always been intrigued by the Knit Collage yarns. Love the Pixelated Cardigan but the Topanga Canyon Cardi might be more practical.
That looks like a great choice!
everyday yay cadre…would be fun!!
I’ve been wanting to make a Shake Your Groove Thing poncho!
I would love the Daisy Chain Cardi
It’s so hard to choose just one .. I think the plaid party cardi .
Hi I am actually knitting WYS sock as you announce your winner a few days later tho I Sydney Australia
Hello there!
Wow! Do you have projects for them on Ravelry - would love to see them! 🧡🧡🧡
Does the yarn cost the same in your shop as her original website?
Yes, our pricing is the same. And we offer free shipping on US orders of $150 and more!
I have knit a Wonderland in Knit Collage and I have yarn for a Pixelated cardi....or..?
Is the cardi super warm?
